Sexual Abuse - Creating Awareness Through Conversation

Chelsea Falotico, Community Outreach Manager of VIP

Episode Coming Soon

Every 68 Seconds, an American is sexually assaulted…and if you are like me, you were blissfully unaware until now. Despite having been working with a nonprofit that helps victims and survivors of sexual abuse and assault, it just never really hit me until I started this podcast.

Join me and Chelsea Falotico, Community Outreach Manager of VIP, as we talk about sexual abuse, how it can show up in children and teens, and the ways that you can help start a conversation to create awareness.

If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual assault or sexual abuse, I encourage you to talk to someone. Better yet, find an organization like VIP, and get the help that you need to heal. It’s a long and windy road to healing, but it will be worth it. I promise you that.
